Of Shadows : One Hundred Objects from the Museum of Witchcraft and Magic
This beautifully illustrated book features 100 objects from Cornwall's much loved Museum of Witchcraft and Magic. The Museum was created by the English Neopagan witch Cecil Williamson, who was rumoured to have used his occult expertise to help the British Intelligence Service investigate the Nazis during World War II.
Photographs by Sara Hannant have captured the essence of the museum's artefacts, which include wax dolls, wands, statues, daggers, pendants, robes and amulets, all used in the practice of witchcraft and magic.
A book to dip into again and again (after dark).
