Delivery and despatch

Goods are sent by post or courier and a signature may be required on delivery. 

Availability

We hold many books in our UK warehouse and despatch goods that we hold in stock within 2 working days. For some items, we need to order in books from publishers and this may take up to 10 working days before we can despatch them. If there is a delay longer than 10 working days in sourcing books from publishers, we will email customers to let them know estimated delivery times. 

Delivery and despatch

Goods sent in the UK are sent by Royal Mail. Goods sent to countries outside the UK are sent by post unless otherwise requested. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary. Please note that when shipping abroad, very occasionally, goods can be delayed in customs for up to 6 weeks.

Customs and duties

Please be aware that you are liable for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what these costs may be. From 1 July 2021, VAT and charges may apply for customers in the EU.
